Processing Mode Description of CNC Drilling Machine for Boiler Header



Supertime CNC drilling machine for boiler header belongs to high accuracy and high efficiency equipment. This is an essential machine for the boiler industry, to increase the productivity and at the mean time, reduces operation staffs.


Equipment structure is in one way, simple: composed of CNC, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automatic lubrication systems etc. In the other way, complex: composed of tiny nuts, screws, reducer, pipes etc.


You may wonder, how it works this huge customized equipment? The following description will make you more clear!!

A. Single machine processing mode:
1. Start hydraulic pressure on the host side.
2. Clamp workpiece.
3. Tool setting on chuck’s side, bias setting for X and Z axis (setting workpiece zero).
4. Lift Z axis to certain height, start cooling process.



B. Double machine processing mode:
1. Start hydraulic pressure on the host side.
2. Clamp workpiece on the host side (under double machine processing mode, it’s forbidden to clamp workpiece on host and auxiliary sides at the same time).
3. Tool setting on chuck’s side, bias setting for X and Z axis (setting workpiece zero).
4. The Z axis of the auxiliary side can be determined by the moving shaft, but the X axis is the calculated value.
When both machines return to the reference point, double machine X axis moves closer to the location:
Host X axis mechanical coordinates: A
Auxiliary X axis mechanical coordinates: B
Spindle center distance between host and auxiliary: C
Mechanical zero point distance between host and auxiliary: D=A+B+C
Zero mechanical coordinate of the workpiece on the host X axis: E
Zero mechanical coordinate of the workpiece on the auxiliary X axis: F=D-E
5. Lift Z axis to certain height, start cooling process.
